Crab Meat Au Gratin

Crab Meat Au Gratin
(Yields 8 servings)

Ingredients:
 

2 cups crabmeat (canned
    crabmeat can be used)
2 Tbsp minced onion
½ tsp thyme 
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ lb butter
¼ cup water
Juice of ½ lemon
1 Tbsp minced parsley
2 hard-cooked minced eggs


Directions:

Brown onion in butter; add crabmeat, breadcrumbs, water and lemon juice.  Cook 15 to 20 minutes.  Add parsley, hard-cooked eggs, and put into shells or baking dish.  Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.  Run in oven a few minutes before serving.
