Breaded Veal

Breaded Veal



Ingredients:
 

Veal cutlets or round
1 egg
Bread or cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper
Garlic, 2 very thin slices (optional)
Butter (enough to brown)


Directions:

Cut gristle and other skin from veal.  If rounds are used, cut into pieces for individual servings.

Beat egg in plate; add garlic, salt and pepper.  Dip meat in egg, covering both sides well.  Then coat each piece with crumbs and fry in hot fat to a golden brown.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve
