Yummy Soy-Gin Pork
(Makes 4 servings)
Ingredients:
2 lbs country style pork ribs (boneless)
1 onion sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
5 Roma tomatoes cut into half moon pieces
6 cloves fresh garlic, sliced
2 Tablespoons granulated garlic
Smokin Hot Soy-Gin Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying
1/2 cup water
Flour
Directions:
Season meat with salt, pepper and granulated garlic.
Coat meat with flour all over.
Add meat to hot oil and brown lightly on both sides.
Place in a casserole dish or medium deep pan; cover meat with sliced onions, bell pepper, tomatoes and garlic.
Pour Soy-Gin Sauce over all.
Add 1/2 cup water down corner of pan.
Cover with foil and bake at 370? for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Check because may be done early, depending on depth of ingredients.
